Item shown is from @ 8-9" diameter log x @650mm length of twisted section x @ 5"x5" square stocks....though made to order with many species/variations on the theme available. Item shown is from Devon grown cypress, which we have good stock of. Other UK grown timbers are available in log form though often felled to order(usually only allowable between October and March), as the log needs to be initially worked whilst fresh n green. Drying/seasoning takes place relatively quickly (just a few months for cypress but dependant on specific gravity of a given specie) once the central bulk of timber is removed.
